Coolbaby Toys
Coolbaby Toys represents Unistar’s expansion from cycle and auto components into complete kids’ ride-ons. The division uses in-house injection moulding, metal fabrication, powder-coating, paint facilities and assembly lines dedicated solely to toys.
Over 1.5 lakh+ sq. ft. is currently earmarked and expanding for toy manufacturing, allowing Coolbaby Toys to develop and scale new ride-on models with strong quality and safety systems behind them.
Cycle Parts Division
The Cycle Parts Division remains the original backbone of Unistar. It supplies steel balls, alloy rims, spokes, disc brakes, disc machines, brake cables and a wide range of bicycle components to the Indian bicycle industry and to international buyers.
For nearly 30 years, Unistar has acted as an OEM supplier to major Indian cycle brands such as Tata Stryder, Hero Cycles, Avon Cycles, SK Bikes, TI Cycles and others – manufacturing and also exporting a broad mix of products.
Auto Parts Export Division
The Auto Parts Export Division focuses on three-wheeler parts and related automotive components, supplied only for exports. This division has been serving overseas customers for more than two decades.
With strong experience in export documentation, packing, consolidation and compliance, Unistar’s auto division supports distributors and wholesalers in South-East Asia, North Africa and West Africa.
